A Review of The Captive Imposter

“With a well-paced plot and true-to-life characters, The Captive Imposter was difficult to put down. It was a perfect blend of drama, mystery, and romance spiced with just the right touch of twists and surprises. A strong Christian message was a natural and integral part of the story without being in-your-face. I liked the glimpse of a possibly more mature and reformed Vance near the end that makes me wish for another novel featuring him as a main character.”
 ~ Pam, Daysong Reflections

“Dawn Crandalls writing style is fascinating! Written in first person, there is a quality about it like Im reading in tunnel vision- I know theres more going on peripherally but I can only see what is being experienced by the main character, Estella. The story unfolds in layers and the different aspects of the plot are revealed strategically. ”
--Heidi  Robbins, Heidi-Reads

A Review of The Bound Heart

“Meredyth’s story (was) dramatic and historically appealing. Her situation posed a lot of interesting insight to the social order of the day and highlighted the disparity in consequence suffered by men and women who defied those dictates.”

    1. She MUST--and she looks so young too! She's gorgeous in photos AND in person! :) And thank you for your appreciation! I know when I think of how much all of these books would cost, even used--it would be a lot! But it's worth it to me. I know how much readers value a good giveaway, and how special it is to get a new book to read!
